Term & Conditions

1. Registration and Enrollment:
   • All students must complete the registration process and enroll in the desired course before accessing any classes or materials.
   • Enrollment fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Fees and Payments:
   • Fees for face-to-face live classes are to be paid in full before the commencement of the course.
   • Fees for accessing courses through the Learning Management System (LMS) are to be paid according to the subscription plan chosen by the student.
   • Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases where the academy cancels a course or class.
3. Class Attendance and Participation:
   • Students enrolled in face-to-face live classes are expected to attend all sessions punctually.
   • Students accessing courses through the Learning Management System (LMS) are expected to complete modules and assignments within the stipulated timeframes.
   • Participation in class discussions, group activities, and assessments is mandatory for all students.
4. Use of Learning Management System (LMS):
   • Students accessing courses through the Learning Management System (LMS) are granted access to course materials, including videos, presentations, and quizzes, for the duration of their subscription.
   • Students are prohibited from sharing their login credentials or accessing the LMS from multiple devices simultaneously.
5. Intellectual Property Rights:
   • All course materials, including videos, presentations, notes, and assessments, are the intellectual property of Srinivasa Academy and are protected by copyright laws.
   • Students are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or selling course materials without prior written consent from the academy.
6. Code of Conduct:
   • Students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times, both in face-to-face live classes and while accessing courses through the Learning Management System (LMS).
   • Any form of disruptive behavior, harassment, or cheating will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the course without refund.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
   • Srinivasa Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule face-to-face live classes due to unforeseen circumstances such as insufficient enrollment, faculty unavailability, or force majeure events.
   • In the event of cancellation by the academy, students will be entitled to a full refund of fees paid for the affected course or class.
   • Refunds will not be provided for missed classes or late cancellations by students.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
   • Srinivasa Academy reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
   • Students are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms and conditions and abiding by the latest version thereof.

By enrolling in courses offered by Srinivasa Academy, students agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any additional guidelines provided by the academy. Violation of these terms may result in disciplinary action, including termination of enrollment without refund.
